Sleepover Pillowcases

Last year my mother in law started a Halloween Sleepover for my sister in law who is an Angel with Down’s Syndrome. Although 38 she has the spirit of a pre-teen and is very active in the community programs for challenged adults where she has a core group of friends that I have the privilege of also spending time with. Last year we carved craft pumpkins. This year my craft was Sleepover Pillowcases! Using Heat n Bond, an assortment of cotton material, and my Expression I pre-cut butterflies, flowers, stars, hearts, and each first letter of the girls’ names. With the same assortment for each I had them arrange the pieces on the pillowcase for their unique design and I ironed for them.

MS Seasonal Cakes; monogram, flowers, stars, and hearts

Cake Basics; butterflies
